    高灰煤泥资源化利用途径及研究现状

    High-ash coal slime resource utilization ways and current status of related research work

    • 摘要: 为了解决高灰煤泥难以资源化利用的问题,基于煤泥的特性及微细颗粒表/界面性质,剖析了高灰煤泥难以资源化利用的原因,介绍了高灰煤泥的资源化特性,阐述了目前煤泥资源化利用的方式,主要为锅炉燃烧燃料、化工产品原料、改性吸附剂及其他化工过程的辅助原料等。指出现阶段提高煤泥的附加值是煤泥资源化利用的关键途径之一;在高灰煤泥界面准确认知的基础上,可对煤泥界面进行精准调控;通过选择性絮凝、反浮选等从煤泥中富集回收微细黏土矿物,利用煤泥制备复合相变材料。

       

      Abstract: In order to overcome the difficulties encountered in utilization of high-ash coal slime, an analysis is made of the factors causing the difficulty in utilization of this resource based on characteristics of coal slime and its fine particle surface/interface properties.Following an introduction to the characteristics of the high-ash slime for utilization as a resource, the paper goes to elaborate on the ways to utilize this material, which are mainly used currently as boiler fuel, raw material of chemical industry, modified adsorbent and auxiliary material of other chemical processes.It is pointed out that enhancement of the added value of coal slime is one of the viable approaches for effective utilization of the material, and the surface of slime can be precisely regulated and modified on the basis of a clear understanding of the surface properties.Looking into the future, it is possible to effect enrichment and recovery of fine clay minerals and coal-measure clay from coal slime using selective flocculation and reverse flotation processes, as well as preparation of compounded phase-transformation materials.
