    褐煤洗选加工降灰提质研究现状

    Current status of the research work on cleaning, ash reduction and upgrading of lignite

    • 摘要: 为了对发热量低、转换效率低、加工利用途径少的高灰高水褐煤进行提质研究,综述了我国褐煤洗选加工工艺、设备现状,以及国内外褐煤浮选降灰的研究进展,重点介绍了细粒褐煤油泡浮选降灰提质的探索性试验,为其他低阶煤、氧化煤和氧化矿物的分选提供了参考思路。

       

      Abstract: High-ash and high-moisture lignite can find limited utilization due to its low calorific value and conversion efficiency, and work needs to be made for its upgrading.The paper presents an overview of the lignite cleaning processes and equipment currently applied in China, as well as the progress of the research work made both within and abroad on ash reduction of lignite using flotation process, and particularly the exploratory study of the oil-bubble flotation process.The study made in the paper may serve as a reference for the upgrading of other low-rank coal and oxidized coal and minerals.
