    重介选煤系统粗精煤回收工艺的研究与应用

    Study and application of the process for recovery of heavy medium separation system′s cleaned coarse slime

    • 摘要: 阐述了当前选煤工艺中粗煤泥的分选概况,指出在正常工况下,重介全级入选工艺或重介分级入选粗煤泥工艺分选下限均可达到0.25mm甚至达到0.125mm。在此基础上,明确了粗精煤回收对选煤厂生产的影响。针对实际生产中粗精煤回收工艺存在的问题,通过对环节设备——旋流器和脱水筛的结构进行优化改进,提出了一种以“强化旋流器分级浓缩+电磁复式筛强化分级脱水”为核心的粗精煤分级工艺,经现场应用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: The paper presents an outline of the technological processes currently applied for the separation of coarse slime, and points out that for the separation of either sized or unsized coarse slime, the heavy medium separation systems can all wash down to a size of 0.25 mm or even 0.125 mm under normal operating conditions.It is clearly noted that separation and recovery of coarse slime have a direct bearing on the stable operation and economic performance of coal preparation plants.Based on result of analysis of the problems encountered in field operation of the coarse slime separation and recovery processes, as well as structural improvement and optimization of the key process equipment—cyclone and dewatering screen, a combined coarse slime treatment process is proposed.The process features the use of cyclone classifier for intensified sizing and thickening plus the electromagnetic high-frequency vibrating screen for intensified sizing and dewatering as the core process links.Field application of the process has met with tangible result.
