    锦界选煤厂高灰细泥处理工艺改造实践

    Practice of renovation of the high-ash fine slime treatment process at Jinjie Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对锦界煤矿开采工作面不断推进,原煤矸石泥化问题愈来愈严重,致使锦界选煤厂入选原煤中夹带的高灰细泥占比持续增加,给煤泥水浓缩沉降和压滤脱水作业带来很大压力的情况,为避免对煤泥产品质量、生产成本管控、入选率的提升、循环水的澄清度等造成不良影响。锦界选煤厂根据原煤煤质变化情况以及矸石泥化严重程度,在块煤系统中新增两台板框压滤机,搭配原有的加压过滤机对细煤泥进行压滤脱水回收,并将浓缩系统的浓缩工艺由并联改为串联。生产实践表明,锦界选煤厂煤泥水工艺系统的优化改造,使选煤厂的块煤入选率提高了4个百分点,煤泥产品水分降低了1.34个百分点,极大程度地提升了选煤厂块精煤产品和混煤产品的质量。

       

      Abstract: With the continuous advance of the mining face of Jinjie Coal Mine, the phenomena of degradation in water of rock waste in raw coal is becoming increasingly serious, causing as a result continuous rise of proportion of high-ash fine coal in the plant′s raw coal feed, imposing a big load on slurry water thickening, settling, dewatering systems and exerting harmful influences on quality of fine coal product, control of operating cost, boosting of percentage of raw coal treated, and circulating water purification to varying extent.Considering the property of raw coal and degree of degradation of waste in raw coal, two plate-and-frame filter presses are added in the coarse coal cleaning system for dewatering of fine slime in combination with the pressure filters currently used.The other reform is the switching of the thickening process from a parallel circuit to a tandem one.Practice shows that the renovation and optimization work has led to a rise of proportion of coarse coal treated by 4 percentage points and a decrease of moisture of slime product by 1.34 percentage points, greatly upgrading the plant′s coarse coal and blended coal products.
