    润湿剂对低阶弱黏煤表面改性的研究

    Study on surface modification of low-rank weakly-caking coal with wetting agent

    • 摘要: 为改善煤炭运输过程中的失水亏吨问题,采用表面润湿剂对低阶弱黏煤的表面进行改性,增加煤表面的亲水性,使煤在运输过程中能够保留水分。利用红外光谱、拉曼光谱、XPS等表征手段对润湿剂在煤表面的作用机理进行了探索,发现经过改性后,煤的表面引入了羟基、羧基等基团,提高了煤的氧碳比,使接触角大大减小,从而达到使选煤产品增加亲水性的目的。

       

      Abstract: In delivery of the cleaned low-rank weakly-caking coal product, the freight tonnage is liable to be reduced due to reduction of surface moisture of coal. To tackle this problem, work is made on enhancement of the hydrophilicity of the coal surface through surface modification with wetting agent, so as to enable the coal to retain its surface moisture during transportation. Exploration of the mechanism of the wetting agent is made by means of IR, Raman and XPS analysis. It is found after surface modification the coal surface is attached with hydroxyl and carboxyl groups which help enhance the hydrophilicity of coal surface because of increase of ratio of O/C contents and sharp decrease of contact angle.
