    李阳选煤厂煤泥水沉降试验研究

    Study on sedimentation of coal slurry water of Liyang Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决因原煤中细粒含量增加而出现的分选密度不稳定、介耗高、循环水浓度高、浮选效果差、精煤产率低等问题,李阳选煤厂通过煤泥水自然沉降试验、絮凝沉降试验、凝聚沉降试验和混凝沉降试验,探寻最佳的煤泥水处理方案。试验结果表明:先加入400g/m3的凝聚剂(氯化钙),搅拌30s后,再加入6g/m3的絮凝剂(阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺),可达到最佳的沉降效果,沉降速度达到72.48cm/min。

       

      Abstract: Because of the rise of proportion of finer coal in raw coal, the heavy medium separation system of the Liyang Coal Preparation Plant is facing a series of problems in operation such as instability of separation density, high medium consumption, high concentration of circulating water, low flotation efficiency and low yield of clean coal. To address the issue, test on sedimentation of the slurry of the plant is conducted with the methods of natural sedimentation, and promotion of sedimentation with the use of flocculant, coagulant and combined use of flocculant and coagulant, with an aim to determine the optimal slurry water treatment scheme. Test result shows that when calcium chloride is first added at a dosage of 400g/m3 (agitation time: 30s) followed by the addition of anionic polyacrylamide (PAM), a best sedimentation result can be expected, and the settling rate in this case is up to 72.48cm/min.
