    青龙寺选煤厂原煤分级筛筛下溜槽的优化改造

    Optimization of the structure of the chute under the raw coal sizing screen of Qinglongsi Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对原煤湿黏造成的<13mm末原煤在溜槽内挂壁、糊堵问题,青龙寺选煤厂在对问题产生原因进行分析的基础上,通过采取优化溜槽结构,更换溜槽内衬板,增设振动电机和红外对射防堵监测装置等一系列措施,有效解决了溜槽堵塞问题,经济效益明显。

       

      Abstract: The trouble with the plant is that the raw coal is high in moisture and sticky in nature causing the <13mm small coal to hang up on the wall of and hence block up the raw small coal chute. Based on analysis of the factors giving rise to the trouble, a series of optimization measures are adopted, such as optimization of chute structure, change of chute linings, addition of vibration motor and infrared anti-clogging monitoring device. The optimization work has led to effective elimination of blocking of the chute, yielding as a result a noticeably favorable economic result.
