    原煤深度筛分的探析及实践

    In-depth screening of raw coal—exploration and practice

    • 摘要: 为了解决原煤难筛、部分粒级原煤入选后发热量不增反降的难题,色连二矿选煤厂采用弛张筛进行深度筛分。生产实践表明:在原煤水分高、煤质不变的情况下,6mm筛分效率达到75%,煤泥水系统设备数量减少45%,提高了产品发热量,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: The raw coal is found difficult in screening, which causes the calorific values of its certain size fractions of the cleaned coal to be reduced rather than increased. To tackle this problem, the Selian No.2 Mine Coal Preparation Plant switches to the use of the flip-flop screen for in-depth screening of the raw coal. Practice shows that with the use of the method for screening the high-moisture raw coal with the same property, the efficiency of screening at a size of 6mm is up to 75% and the number of the coal slurry water treatment equipment can be cut by 45%. Because of the increase of calorific value of clean coal products, a favorable socioeconomical result has been obtained.
