    浅谈牛家梁煤炭集运站环保技术改造方案

    A brief description of the environmental protection technology renovation scheme adopted for Niujialiang coal collecting-outloading station

    • 摘要: 针对陕北、内蒙等地区煤炭集运站露天储煤、装车所造成的煤尘污染以及生产效率低下等问题,以牛家梁煤炭集运站为例,对其生产系统进行了环保改造,新增受煤系统、储煤系统和装车系统,通过对各系统的设计方案进行对比,确定了最终的改造方案;此外还对受煤系统、储煤系统进行了系统布置,对驱动装置和辅助设施进行了优化设计。结果表明:通过采用封闭的受煤、储煤和装车方式,以及合理的工艺布置和可靠的技术,可以有效地解决该地区集运站煤尘污染严重的问题,并提高了生产效率。

       

      Abstract: At the coal collecting-outloading stations in north Shaanxi Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the coal is stockpiled in open air. The trouble with such stations is low in coal handling efficiency and dust pollution caused by truck loading of coal. To address the issue, work is made on improvement of the environment conditions of Niujialiang Station in Shaanxi Province through addition of coal receiving, storage and loading systems. Through comparison of the design schemes of each system, the overall renovation scheme is finally selected. In addition, work is also made on re-arrangement of the coal receiving and storage systems, and optimum design of the driving units and auxiliary facilities. Practice shows that the adoption of enclosed coal receiving, storage and loading mode and rational process layout and reliable technologies can lead to effective elimination of severe dust pollution and improvement of working efficiency of the coal collecting-outloading station.
