    袁大滩选煤厂设计分析

    Analysis of the design of Yuandatan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了选取适宜袁大滩选煤厂的生产工艺,在对袁大滩煤矿煤层、煤质特征分析的基础上,通过调研榆横北区周边目标用户,以企业效益最大化为原则,最终确定200~13mm(预留下限降至8mm的可能性)块煤采用浅槽重介分选,<13mm末煤暂不分选(预留分选的可能性),粗煤泥采用离心机回收,细煤泥采用压滤机回收的工艺流程。生产实践表明,袁大滩选煤厂选取的生产工艺适合该矿原煤的煤质特点,达到了设计能力,且适应市场对产品煤的需求,为企业带来了良好的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine the optimal coal cleaning process, Yuandatan Plant conducts an analysis of the property of the coal treated, as well as a survey of the target coal users around the Yuhengbeiqu coal field. Based on the results of analysis and survey and the principle of attaining a maximum economic benefit for the plant, the following washing processes are finally adopted: use of heavy medium vessel to treat the 200~13mm coarse coal ( The capacity for washing down to 8mm reserved); the <13mm small coal is untreated but with reserved washing capacity; recovery of coarse slime with centrifuge; and recovery of fine slime with filter press. Practice shows the washing scheme selected is suitable for treating such coal and its use has reached the design capacity. Because of the high adaptability of the scheme to market requirement, its use has created favorable economic result for the plant.
