    Technical reform of the coarse slime recovery process of Yongming Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对陕西永明煤矿选煤厂原粗煤泥回收工艺中存在的问题,对煤样进行了小筛分与小浮沉试验,基于煤质分析探讨了粗煤泥难浮选的原因,最终确定采用“浓缩分级旋流器+三质体复合高频脱水筛”的粗煤泥回收工艺,有效解决了永明煤矿选煤厂易泥化、难浮选粗煤泥的回收问题。在降低精煤灰分的同时提高了精煤产率,并取得了可观的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the problems encountered in operation of the coarse slime recovery process, sieve and rapid float-and-sink analysis is conducted with coal sample by the plant, with an aim to find out the factors causing the difficulties in flotation of the coarse slime through analysis of coal property. Based on result of analysis, a coarse slime recovery process featuring the use of the thickening-classifying cyclone and 3-mass compound high-frequency dewatering screen is applied. The use of the process has led to elimination of the difficulty in recovery of the coarse slime which is difficult to float and liable to undergo degradation in water, as well as reduction of ash and increase of yield of concentrate, bringing about therefore a favorable economic benefit for the plant.
