    Adjustment of product structure and practice of technical renovation at Renlou Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决跳汰中煤产品的精煤夹带和浮选精煤灰分偏高的问题,任楼煤矿选煤厂从煤质特性、设备性能和选煤工艺等方面进行了研究分析,对生产工艺进行了改造升级,采用跳汰中煤重介再选、一次浮选精矿再次精选等选煤工艺,解决了中煤带精高,浮选精煤灰分高等问题,实现了产品结构的调整,提高了精煤产率和生产能力,降低了操作管理难度,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the problem regarding loss of clean coal in middling product of jigging machine and considerably high ash of flotation concentrate, the plant conducts an analysis on such aspects as raw coal property, performance of equipment used and coal washing processes for upgrading the plant′s coal washing processes. Based on result of analysis, the process of rewashing the middling product of jigging machine with H. M. cyclone and the process of recleaning the concentrate obtained through primary flotation are applied. The renovation work has led to optimal adjustment of product mix, rise of yield of clean coal and production capacity, reduction of operation and management difficulties and noticeably improved socio-economical result.
