    • 摘要: 阐述了浮选尾煤再选工艺的研究进展,以涡北选煤厂肥煤浮选尾煤为例,通过小筛分、小浮沉试验,分析了该厂浮选尾煤的煤质特征,确定了“预先脱泥+预先抛尾+磨矿解离+浮选”的浮选尾煤深度浮选工艺流程,研究了不同磨矿时间对抛尾后浮选尾煤深度浮选效果的影响,并通过对磨后产品进行筛分、分步释放浮选试验,确定实验室棒磨机最佳磨矿时间为5 min。

       

      Abstract: The paper starts with a summary of the progress so far made in the study of reconcentration of flotation tailings. The fat coal flotation tailings of Guobei Plant is taken as the object to investigate the properties of the tailings through sieve and float-and-sink analysis. Based on analysis, the tailings in-depth reflotation system consisting of the following processes is proposed: pre-desliming of tailings + preremoval of high-ash mineral particles with spiral separator + liberation of intergrown constituents through grinding + flotation. Through laboratory study of the effect of grinding time on flotation result and screening and timed-release flotation tests, the optimum rod mill grinding time is 5 minutes.
