    五虎山选煤厂酸性煤泥水沉降试验研究

    Experimental study on sedimentation of acid coal slime water of Wuhushan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 以五虎山选煤厂酸性煤泥水为研究对象,考察了该煤泥水中煤泥性质及矿物组成,研究了该煤泥水的自然沉降特性,并采用絮凝沉降试验方法研究了沉降药剂种类、药剂用量、药剂比例和煤泥水pH值等因素对煤泥水絮凝沉降效果的影响。结果表明:在自然沉降条件下,五虎山选煤厂煤泥水沉降速度较小,难以达到有效沉降;在絮凝沉降条件下,常规聚丙烯酰胺对煤泥的沉降效果受pH值影响较大,在酸性条件下沉降效果较差;采用新型聚丙烯酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物絮凝剂和二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵凝聚剂复合药剂作为煤泥水的沉降药剂,可优化五虎山选煤厂酸性煤泥水沉降环境,改善沉降效果,且该复合药剂最佳用量为184.67 g/t,聚丙烯酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物与二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵的最佳比例为2∶1。

       

      Abstract: The acid coal slime water of Wuhushan Coal Preparation Plant is taken as the object to investigate the property and mineral composition of the slime, and the natural sedimentation characteristics of the slime water. Meanwhile, study is conducted with aid of reagents to explore the influence on the sedimentation of the slime water produced by such factors as the kinds, dosages and proportions of agents used, and the pH value of water. As evidenced by test results, the slime water shows a low natural settling rate, making it difficult to achieve an effective settling result under natural settling condition; in the case of using agents as settling aids, the effect of conventional polyacrylamide(PAM) is greatly affected by the pH value of water, and its use can produce little effect in acid water; and the combined use of the new-type sodium polyacrylamide copolymer flocculant and diallyl dimethylammonium chloride coagulant at an optimum total dose of 184.67 g/t and a best ratio of the two agents can help optimize the slime settling condition and improve the sedimentation effect.
