    浅析入料口结构对旋流器流场的影响

    Exploration of the influence of cyclone’s feed inlet structure on its flow field

    • 摘要: 为了进一步探究旋流器入料口结构对其内部流场的影响,采用仿真模拟软件对两种不同入料口结构的旋流器内部压力、速度及其结构特点进行研究分析,得出不同结构入料口的优缺点及其今后改进的方向,为新结构旋流器的研制提供了理论与技术支持。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the influence of cyclone’s feed inlet structure on the internal flow field of the cyclone, study and analysis are conducted on the pressure, and velocity inside the cyclone fitted with two different designs of feed inlets, as well as the features of each kind of feed inlet, using simulation software. The advantages and disadvantages of the two feed inlet structures and the direction in which improvements should be further made are made known. The study provides a theoretical and technical support for the research and development of the cyclone of novel structural design.
