    哈拉沟选煤厂块煤系统优化改造

    Technical reform and optimization of the coarse coal washing system of Halagou Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决块煤分选系统的入选量达不到设计能力的问题,哈拉沟选煤厂对原煤分级筛、配煤刮板输送机、中煤转载带式输送机和浅槽重介分选机溢流堰进行了改造。生产实践表明:改造后,块煤系统入选量提高至1 400 t/h,精煤产率提高约5个百分点,增加收益近700万元/a,创造了可观的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: The coarse coal washing system of the plant is working under the designed capacity. To tackle this problem, work is made on renovation of the raw coal sizing screen, blending coal scraper conveyor, middling product transfer belt conveyor and overflow weir of heavy medium vessel. Practice shows the renovation work has led to a rise of treating capacity of coarse coal washing system to 1 400 t/h, a surge of yield of clean coal by around 5 percentage points, and an additional gain of 7 million yuan a year, creating a favorable economic benefit for the plant.
