    自动检测移动分料溜槽的设计与应用

    Design and application of the automatic-monitoring mobile material-dividing chute

    • 摘要: 针对压滤煤泥掺混煤引发的一系列产品质量、销售信誉等问题,韩家湾选煤厂为了实现压滤煤泥与末煤分料转载运输,设计了一种可以自动检测物料,并通过各设备联动功能实现对不同物料分别运输的溜槽。文章阐述了自动检测移动分料溜槽的设计方法、运行原理及其在生产现场的使用效果评价。生产实践表明,该自动检测移动分料溜槽在充分利用现有设备和较少投资的前提下,可实现不同物料的连续运输,且可靠性高,效果显著,为选煤厂分料运输提供了一种新的解决方案。

       

      Abstract: The trouble facing Hanjiawan Coal Preparation Plant is that the blending of cake product of filter press with clean small coal gives rise to a series of product quality and marketing credit-related problems. To address this issue, a mobile material-dividing chute with automatic detection function is developed. The chute can enable the filter cake product and clean small coal to be transferred separately using its gearing mechanism linking with other equipment. A description is made of the design and working principle of the chute as well as the evaluation of its performance in practical application. Field application of the chute shows that only limited initial capital is required thanks to the possibility to make full use of the existing equipment and different coal products can be delivered separately and continuously in an efficient and reliable manner. The chute developed offers a new scheme for separate conveyance of coal products in coal preparation plants.
