    淮北选煤厂芦岭分厂浮选精煤高效降水实践

    Practice of high-efficiency dewatering of flotation concentrate in Luling Branch of Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对浮选精煤降水困难的问题,淮北选煤厂芦岭分厂结合生产现场情况,通过优化原有脱水设备工作和结构参数,改进脱水设备,调节一次、二次浮选处理量,使浮选精煤水分降低了3.85~5.35个百分点,在提高企业经济效益的同时,保证了精煤销量,降低了对环境的污染。

       

      Abstract: To address the issue of the difficulty in moisture reduction of flotation concentrate, work is made by the Luling Branch on improvement of the existing dewatering equipment through optimization of their working and structural parameters, and adjustment of the capacities of both the primary and secondary flotation processes, in line with the actual operating conditions of the plant. Through the renovation, the moisture of flotation concentrate has seen a drop by 3.85~5.35 percentage points, making it possible for the plant to improve its economic performance, ensure the sales of clean coal product and reduce environmental pollution.
