    吕梁山选煤厂煤泥水处理工艺优化改造

    Technical reform and optimization of the coal slime water treatment process of Lyuliangshan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决吕梁山选煤厂中煤与矸石煤泥水混合处理造成回收率下降的问题,通过对原生产系统进行分析,优化煤泥水处理工艺,采用中煤与矸石煤泥水隔离分级的处理方法,将中煤稀介质中存在的可燃物质进行了二次回收。生产实践表明:中煤与矸石煤泥水隔离分级处理后,浮选精煤产率由10.84%提高至11.71%,煤泥产率则由5.27%下降至2.51%,煤泥灰分提高到70.73%。

       

      Abstract: The middlings and refuse slime water is treated in a mixed manner by the plant, which causes the downfall of the recovery of useful coal resource. To address the issue, the plant’s slime water treatment process is optimized based on analysis of the original coal washing system. Through technical upgrading, the middlings slime water and refuse slime water are separately treated in a classified manner, so as to realize secondary recovery of the combustible matters in the dilute medium of middlings. Practice shows that through separate treatment of middlings slime and refuse slime water. There has been seen a rise of yield of flotation concentrate from 10.84% to 11.71%, a decrease of yield of slime from 5.27% to 2.51% and an increase of slime ash up to 70.73%.
