    基于自适应内模控制的煤泥水自动加药控制系统仿真研究

    Simulation study of the adaptive internal model control-based coal slurry water automatic reagent dosing control system

    • 摘要: 为提高煤泥水沉降效果,确保洗选过程中洗水的一级闭路循环,往往需要对煤泥水进行加药处理,而传统煤泥水自动加药系统效果不够理想。通过分析煤泥水加药系统特性,搭建了内模控制系统模型,并结合粒子群算法实现参数的在线辨识,设计了一种基于自适应内模控制的煤泥水自动加药控制系统。研究结果表明:该控制系统较传统PID控制系统拥有更快的系统响应速度以及更好的控制效果,解决了煤泥水加药过程中的大时滞问题。

       

      Abstract: In coal slurry water treatment, addition of reagent is generally necessitated for improving slurry sedimentation effect and ensuring the realization of a class-A closed washwater circuit. However, the automatic reagent dosing systems traditionally used cannot work so satisfactorily as expected. Based on result of analysis of the characteristics of such dosing systems, and through internal model control system modeling and making online identification of parameters using particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm, an IMC-based automatic reagent dosing control system is developed. Result of study shows that the system can work with a higher response rate and much improved control effect as compared with the traditional PID control system, and its use can lead to elimination of time-lag problem.
