    浮选泡沫环境下液位检测装置的设计与应用

    Design and application of the liquid level meter for use in the presence of accumulated layer of secondary flotation foam

    • 摘要: 为了彻底解决浮选生产过程中泡沫环境下料桶(池)液位检测准确性的问题,蒋庄煤矿选煤厂通过采用拉线位移传感器+配重浮球检测方法,使配重浮球穿透浮选泡沫漂浮在真实液位上,由拉线位移传感器实时检测配重浮球上下行程,从而实现真实液位的检测。该液位检测装置的使用,解决了浮选泡沫环境下真实液位检测失真的难题,降低了因液位检测失真而导致的各类机械、电气及生产事故率,夯实了智能化选煤厂建设基础,应用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize accurate measurement of liquid level of material tank of flotation system in the presence of accumulated layer of secondary foam, a special liquid level meter capable of making detection of the real liquid level in tank is developed by the mine’s coal preparation plant. The meter consists of a pull-wire displacement sensor and a counterweighted ball float. The ball float can penetrate the foam layer and float on the real liquid surface and the upper/lower travel of the ball float is measured by the displacement sensor in a real-time manner for detecting the real liquid level. Practice shows the use of the meter can lead to elimination of inaccurate measurements caused by the presence of accumulated foam layer on liquid surface and reduced rate of faults of various electrical and mechanical equipment. Its use has met with a great success, which provides a sound basis for turning the plant into an intelligent one.
