    压滤机呲料故障识别系统的设计

    Design of the filter press slurry spurting fault identification system

    • 摘要: 为了解决选煤厂生产过程中压滤机呲料问题,防止压滤机爆炸和煤泥水飞溅,针对压滤机两种呲料故障方式,设计了故障识别系统。设计结果表明:通过在压滤机两旁安装图像识别摄像机,增加压滤机控制单元,对压滤机工作情况进行实时监控,并将摄取的图像进行分析处理,可达到较高的故障识别率,避免严重损失。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the problem of spurting of coal slurry from filter press for avoiding explosion of filter press and splashing of coal slurry about, a slurry spurting identification system is developed based on analysis of the two modes in which the fault occurs. Practice shows by setting on each side of the filter press an image identification camera and the use of more control elements, the system can perform recognition and processing of the images to bring the working state of the filter press under real-time monitoring and control. The system can be used to guard against severe loss thanks to its high fault identification rate.
