    浮选效率评价方法分析

    Analysis of the flotation efficiency evaluation method

    • 摘要: 在选矿、选煤领域,浮选效率评价均采用汉考克效率公式,由于该公式没有表述出分选过程中的“错配”现象,因此在应用中存在着局限性。为探索较为完善的浮选效率评价方法,通过对浮选入料、浮选精煤、浮选尾矿分别进行可浮性试验获得三者的灰分组成,提出采用浮选精煤正配效率和浮选尾矿正配效率的乘积作为浮选总效率的评价方法,并通过理论分析和试验验证了该评价方法的全面性和有效性。

       

      Abstract: In ore washing & coal preparation sector, the Hancock formula is exclusively used for evaluation of flotation efficiency.However, the formula is incomplete in representation because the “misplacement” phenomenon in coal separation process is not taken into account.In order to explore the improved flotation efficiency evaluation method, test is made on floatability of flotation feed, concentrate and tailings.Based on the ash composition of each of the three materials obtained through the test, a total flotation efficiency method based on the product of correctly placed efficiency of concentrate and that of tailings is proposed.The completeness and effectiveness of the proposed method have been verified by both theoretical analysis and test result.
