    煤泥重介工艺在二矿选煤厂无烟煤分选中的应用

    Application of the heavy-medium slime washing process for separation of anthracite at No.2 Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决粗煤泥的有效分选问题,在提高资源利用率的同时降低尾煤产量,提高企业经济效益,华阳二矿选煤厂通过比较分析目前常用的几种粗煤泥分选方法,结合选煤厂煤质、工艺情况,最终确定采用煤泥重介工艺方案,并对煤泥重介工艺流程、系统配置和生产效果进行了详细分析。生产实践表明,煤泥重介工艺有效回收了因干法脱泥不彻底而进入重介系统的粗煤泥,使最终精煤产率平均提高1.9个百分点。

       

      Abstract: For attaining effective cleaning of coarse slime, reduction of content of tailings in clean product and improved comprehensive economic performance, a comparative analysis is made of several commonly used coarse slime cleaning methods.Based on the result of analysis and in line with the property of the coal treated and the cleaning processes applied by the plant, the heavy-medium slime separation process in finally selected.The co-authors present a detailed analysis of the process flowsheet, make-up and the practical result obtained in field application of the process.Practice shows that application of the process can lead to effective recovery of the coarse slime which used to enter the heavy-medium separation system due to insufficiency in dry extraction of coal fines, increase of clean coal yield by 1.9 percentage points.
