    Analytical interpretation of the key points involved in calculation of medium flow of 3-product heavy medium cyclone

    • 摘要: 为了确定重介选煤工艺中各个作业悬浮液的特征及数量、耗水量和介质消耗量,在介质流程计算中,根据质量平衡原理,推导出了用于三产品重介质旋流器介质流程计算所需的补加浓介质量、分流量及补充水量三个关键参数的计算公式。该研究结果完善了重介选煤工艺介质流程计算的理论体系,可为重介系统的设备选型提供有益的参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine the characteristics and flow of medium suspension and consumptions of water and medium of various related links of a heavy-medium coal separation process, the equations for calculation of required quantities of make-up thick medium, split flow and make-up water—3 requisite critical parameters for calculating medium flow of 3-product H.M.cyclone coal separation process—are derived according to the mass balance principle.The research-derived achievement enriches the theoretical system for calculation of medium flow of heavy-medium coal separation process and provides a valuable reference for optimal selection of process equipment for such a coal washing system.
