    新庄选煤厂重介中煤破碎再选研究与工艺改造实践

    Study on rewashing of crushed middling product of heavy medium separation system and related process renovation at Xinzhuang Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 新庄选煤厂针对重介中煤灰分较低、发热量较高而部分精煤流失的问题,对重介中煤破碎再选进行了探究。通过将重介中煤分别破碎至6、1、0.5、0.25 mm以下,再进行筛分、浮沉试验以及分步释放浮选试验分析,确定了中煤再选最佳技术方案。研究表明:重介中煤破碎得越细,解离越充分,越有利于精煤的回收;综合考虑基建投资、厂房空间、运行成本等因素,认为将重介中煤破碎至1 mm以下进行再选的方案经济效益最优。生产实践表明,通过改造,新庄选煤厂多回收精煤1.93万t/a,创造经济效益949万元/a,效益显著。

       

      Abstract: The middling product produced by the plant’s heavy medium separation system has a relatively low ash and a high calorific value and contains some clean coal.To solve this problem, a study is made on the process for rewashing the middlings after being crushed to 6 mm, 1 mm, 0.5 mm, and minus 0.25 mm.The optimum technological process for rewashing the crushed middlings is determined based on screening, float-and-sink and timed-release flotation analysis.Study shows that the finer the crushed size, the higher the level of liberation and the more the recovery of clean coal.Through overall consideration of capital cost, space of workshop and other factors including operating cost, it is reckoned that the use of the process for rewashing the middlings crushed to a size of< 1 mm can yield the most favorable economic result.Practice shows the renovation work has led to an additional recovery of 19 300 tons of clean coal and creation of 9.49 million yuan revenues per year, yielding a remarkable economic benefit for the plant.
