    黑龙沟选煤厂煤泥压滤系统改造实践

    Practice of renovation of the filter press system at Heilonggou Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对助滤剂成本偏高的问题,黑龙沟选煤厂对煤泥的粒度组成进行了试验分析,发现助滤剂耗量偏高是由于煤泥中高灰细泥含量偏大所致。为降低助滤剂成本,通过采取新增助滤剂自动加药系统,改变煤泥带式输送机的倾角,更换助滤剂,并优化煤泥粒度组成等措施取得了良好效果:在入料时间不变的情况下,减少助滤剂耗量180 g/t;在加药量不变的情况下,减少压滤机的入料时间900 s左右,从而使压滤机处理能力提高30%以上,每年可为企业节约加工成本240余万元。

       

      Abstract: A high cost is incurred due to the high consumption of filter aids in Heilonggou Coal Preparation Plant.Coal slime size analysis shows this is attributable to the presence of high proportion of high-ash fine particles and refuse particles in coal slime.In order to reduce the cost incurred, multiple measures such as the use of automatic agent dosing system, change of inclination angle of belt conveyor, use of new agent, and change of size consist of slime feed to filter press.Through adoption of the measures, in the instance that the feeding time of filter press remains unchanged, the consumption of filter aid is reduced by 180 g/t, and when the dosage of the agent remains unchanged, the time required for feeding the filter press is shortened by 900 seconds.This makes it possible for the plant to increase the capacity of filter press by over 30%, curtail the unit price of agent by 34.06% and realize a save of operating cost of 2.40 million yuan per year.
