    Practice of making local optimization and technical transformation of the process system of power coal washery

    • 摘要: 为了提高纳林河二号矿井选煤厂系统产能和生产效率,降低生产成本,对双齿辊破碎机、定量装车系统、泵轴封冷却水系统和配电保护系统存在的问题进行了优化。生产实践表明:工艺系统优化后块煤系统处理能力由调试期的1 500 t/h提升到2 500 t/h,装车量与装车吨位的准确性大幅提高,清水泵故障明显减少,彻底杜绝了送电误操作情况,并且提高了系统的可靠性,不仅具有良好的经济效益,且社会效益明显,为安全、文明生产提供前提。

       

      Abstract: In order to enable the Nalinhe No.2 Mine Washery to increase washing capacity and efficiency and cut down operating cost, work is made on optimization of the irrationally designed double-toothed roll crusher, constant-weight loading system, pump shaft seal water cooling system and power distribution protection system.Practice shows the optimization work has led to the increase of the capacity of coarse coal washing system from 1 500 t/h to 2 500 t/h, sharp rise of truck loading capacity and accuracy, higher reliability of washing system and thorough elimination of maloperation in power distribution.This brings about not only a favorable economic result, but also provides the basis for ensuring safe and civilized coal washing operation.
