    东欢坨选煤厂干选系统及配套设施粉尘综合治理实践

    Techniques applied for comprehensive control of rise of dust in operation of the dry cleaning system and its associated equipment at Donghuantuo Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决ZM600矿物高效分离机系统在生产过程中筛床、仓下给煤机、带式输送机转载点、仓上破碎机等处产生粉尘外溢的问题,东欢坨选煤厂采取了在起尘点增设或改进除尘设备、优化控制程序、加装自动喷水灭尘装置等措施对粉尘进行了治理。治理结果表明:主厂房内粉尘浓度降低到4.0 mg/m3,引风机排风口粉尘浓度降低到4.5 mg/m3,矸石带式输送机转载点粉尘浓度为20.0 mg/m3,破碎机处的粉尘浓度为9.5 mg/m3,从而满足了环保要求。

       

      Abstract: The problem facing the coal preparation plant is that in operation of the ZM600 high-efficiency mineral separator, rise of dust occurs from the screen, bunk-bottom feeder, belt conveyor transfer point and bunkering crusher.To tackle the problem, the plant adopted a series of measures, such as addition or improvement of dust collection equipment at the dust raising sources, optimization of control program, addition of automatic dust suppression water sprayer.Practice shows that through adoption of the dust control measures, the dust concentrations in the main workshop and at the outlet of induced draft fan, refuse belt conveyor transfer point and crusher are respectively reduced to 4.0, 4.5, 20.0, 9.5 mg/m3, well meeting the environmental protection requirements.
