    正通选煤厂粗煤泥回收系统改造实践

    Practice of renovation of coarse slime recovery system at Zhengtong Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了减少煤泥产量,提高精煤产率,正通选煤厂针对煤泥“跑粗”问题,对粗煤泥回收系统进行了改造。通过改变粗煤泥弧形筛筛下水的去向,采用分级旋流器“截粗”,并增加浓度计、液位计、压力表来辅助调节分级旋流器运行参数,以使设备达到最佳运行状态。生产实践表明:二次回收粗煤泥筛下水中的部分粗颗粒,减少了细煤泥中混入的粗颗粒物含量,使“跑粗”现象得到了有效控制,煤泥浓缩机中粗煤泥含量明显降低,从而增加了企业的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the generation of slime, increase clean coal yield, and tackle the problem arising from unchecked going of oversize into undersize product, work is made on renovation of the plant’s coarse slime recovery system.Through the change of the direction of flow of coarse slime sieve bend’s underflow, retaining coarse particles with cyclone classifier which is fitted with densiometer, liquid level meter and manometer and is capable of maintaining an optimum working condition through intelligent adjustment, the coarse slime recovery equipment are made possible to operate always in an optimal state.Practice shows that through two times of recovery of part of the coarse particles contained in the coarse slime screen’s underflow, the volume of coarse particles brought into fine slime is much reduced and effectively controlled, leading to therefore reduced content of coarse slime in thickener and improved economic performance of the plant.
