    跳汰选煤厂简化集中控制系统研究设计

    Study and design of simplified centralized control system of coal jigging plant

    • 摘要: 在分析跳汰选煤厂现有的几种设备控制系统利弊的基础上,研究开发了一套线路简单、功能实用的跳汰选煤厂集中控制系统,将整个跳汰选煤厂设备的控制按照工艺需求集成至跳汰机和压滤机这两种设备的控制系统中,在保留现有控制系统集中控制功能的同时,取消专职的集控操作人员,采用RS485通讯读写设备运行参数,取消实体启动按钮用触摸屏上的画面按钮代替等方法简化硬件接线。在山东嘉鑫煤业选煤厂的实际应用表明,该控制系统线路简单,建设周期短,操作简单,故障率低,实现了选煤厂的减员增效。

       

      Abstract: Based on analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of equipment control systems currently available in coal jigging separation plants, a centralized control system having simple layout of circuits and practical functions is developed for such a plant.The control system can integrate the control of all the plant’s equipment with the control systems of the jigging machine and filter press according to requirement of coal cleaning process.While retaining the centralized control functions of the existing control system, the use of the system makes it possible to dispense with the full-time control operation personnel, write and read equipment operating parameters through RS485 communication and use buttons on touch screen instead of physical start buttons for simplification of hardware wiring.Field application of the control system at the coal preparation plant of Shandong Jiaxin Coal Co.Ltd.shows that the control system offers the merits of being simple in wiring, short in construction period, convenient in operation and low in fault rate, and its use can help realize downsizing of operating personnel and improve coal washing efficiency.
