    临涣选煤厂精煤产品水分和灰分特性的研究

    Study on moisture and ash characteristics of clean coal products of Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了精准掌握总精煤水分和灰分的组成及其来源特性,进而为降低精煤水分和灰分找寻新的途径,解决选煤厂外运精煤水分和灰分偏高的问题,以临涣选煤厂精煤产品为研究对象,利用热重(TG)分析、X射线衍射(XRD)分析、比表面积(BET)分析和扫描电镜(SEM)分析,对临涣选煤厂单独入选2种不同原煤时的块精煤、粗精煤和浮选精煤的水分构成、矿物组成和表界面性质进行了研究。结果表明:当单独入选临涣焦煤精煤产品水分超过12%时,可以考虑将两种煤样混合入选;与许疃浮选精煤相比,因临涣焦煤浮选精煤的比表面积和孔体积显著增高,导致临涣焦煤浮选精煤水分也明显增高;粗精煤中的脉石矿物主要是以伴生形式存在,而浮选精煤中的脉石矿物则主要是以细泥罩盖形式分布于煤颗粒的表面。该研究结果可为临涣选煤厂精煤产品的脱水降灰提质提供理论指导和数据支撑。

       

      Abstract: The study is made with the clean coal product of Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant as the object with an aim to make a thorough investigation into the compositions of moisture and ash of the total clean coal and their sources, so as to seek the new approach for reducing the moisture and ash of the coal and tackle the problem caused by high moisture and ash of outloaded clean coal. The compositions of moisture and minerals as well as the surface properties of the coarse coal and coarse slime, two kinds of clean products obtained in separate washing of two different kinds of raw coal, and the flotation concentrate are explored by means of thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) specific surface area analysis (BET) and scanning electron microscopy analysis (SEM). Results of study show that the Linhuan clean coking coal obtained through separate washing has a moisture of over 12%; for reducing the moisture of total clean coal product, the Linhuan coking coal and the fat coal from Xutuan Mine should be washed preferably in a mixed manner; compared with the flotation concentrate of Xutuan fat coal, the Linhuan coking coal flotation concentrate is noticeably larger in specific surface area and pore volume, causing therefore the latter to have a higher moisture; and the gangue minerals in coarse clean slime are predominantly associated minerals while in the flotation concentrate the gangue minerals are chiefly distributed on surface of coal particles in form of fine mud cover. The research-derived achieved achievements can serve as a theoretical guidance and provide data support for effective dewatering, reduction of ash and upgrading of the clean coal products of Linhuan Plant.
