    卧式沉降过滤离心脱水机工艺流程及参数优化研究

    Optimization of the process flowsheet and operating parameters of the horizontal screen-bowl centrifuge

    • 摘要: 为了提高卧式沉降过滤离心脱水机在选煤厂精煤泥脱水回收过程中的使用效率,对其机理进行了分析,并对卧式沉降过滤离心脱水机的工艺流程及参数的优化进行了研究。结果表明:在工艺流程中需要增设除杂、截粗作业,以防筛网损坏,并且需要依据离心液灰分值确定是否增设二次浮选工艺;为满足精煤泥产品水分在18%以下,参数优化时应要求卧式沉降过滤离心脱水机入料中> 0.25 mm粒级产率达到24%以上,最佳入料浓度在250 g/L左右,入料掺粗比例不低于32%,此时可有效保障致密过滤层的形成,获得较细的脱水分级粒度,能够兼顾粗精煤泥和浮选精煤的脱水回收。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of the screen-bowl centrifuge in dewatering of clean coal slime, following an analysis of the working principle of the centrifuge, a study is made on the optimization of the process flowsheet and operating parameters of the centrifuge. Study result shows that trash and oversize control screens need to be added in the process for avoiding damage of wiremesh of basket caused by entry of foreign matters and oversize particles in to centrifuge; the necessity of adding a secondary flotation system is determined by the ash value of concentrate; for ensuring the moisture of dewatered product is below 18%, the centrifuge is required to operate under the optimal conditions of having a proportion of > 0.25 mm particles in the feed exceeding 24%, a feed concentration of around 250 g/L and a proportion of coarser particles blended in centrifuge feed no less than 32%. Under such conditions, in addition to the effective formation of a compact filter bed in centrifuge, it is possible to obtain a finer dewatering classification size and make dewatering an recovery of both clean coarse slime and flotation concentrate.
