    复合药剂对煤泥水沉降效果的研究

    Study of the coal slime water sedimentation effect obtained with the use of compound agent

    • 摘要: 为了探究不同药剂的沉降效果及煤泥水浓度对浮选流程的影响,以五虎山选煤厂10#原煤的煤泥水为研究对象,采用聚丙烯酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物絮凝剂和二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵凝聚剂复合药剂进行煤泥水沉降试验。结果表明:采用复合药剂作为煤泥水沉降药剂,可大幅提高循环水澄清度,同时提高了全厂循环水利用效率,使选煤厂单位补充水量降为0.085 m3/t,循环水浓度降至0.5 g/L;循环水浓度降低后,在不影响浮选精煤产率的情况下,浮选精煤灰分由13.21%降低至11.00%,降低了2.21个百分点。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the coal slime water sedimentation effects obtained with the use of different agents, and the influence of slime water concentration on flotation process, sedimentation test is made with the slime water of the 10# raw coal treated by Wuhushan Plant as the object and the use of sodium polyacrylate polyacrylamide copolymer as flocculant and diallydimethyl ammonium chloride as coagulant. Test result shows the use of compound agent can lead to significant improvement of clarity of circulating water, higher overall plant circulating water utilization efficiency, reduction of unit volume of make-up water to 0.085 m3/t and reduction of circulating water density to 0.5 g/L; and after reduction of density of circulation water, while maintaining the yield of clean coal, the ash of flotation concentrate is dropped from 13.21 % to 11.00% with a decrease by 2.21 percentage points.
