    禾草沟煤业选煤厂煤泥水系统提质增效改造探讨

    The coal slime water treatment system renovated at Hecaogou Coal Company′s Coal Washery for improving washing efficiency and upgrading of products

    • 摘要: 针对干扰床分选机溢流采用弧形筛脱水脱泥效果差、浮选精煤高灰细泥夹带明显的问题,禾草沟煤业选煤厂将采用电磁筛对干扰床分选机溢流精矿进行脱泥,采用螺旋分选机对干扰床分选机尾矿进行扫选,并采用一段粗选、二段精选的两段浮选工艺对浮选系统进行改造。预计改造实施后,粗煤泥分选效果和浮选指标可得到明显改善,总精煤产率可增加1.98个百分点,经济效益显著。

       

      Abstract: The sieve bend originally used for dewatering and desliming of overflow of tectered-bed separator was poor in efficiency, and the flotation concentrate was found to contain a noticeable amount of fine slime. To address this issue, renovation work is made by the washery through shifting to the use of electromagnetic screen for desliming of overflow of teered-bed separator, the use of spiral separator for scavenging of the separator′s tailings product, and the addition of a flotation system consisting of a roughing stage and a cleaning stage. It is predicated that the renovation my lead to noticeable improvement of coarse slime cleaning result and flotation indices, a rise of yield of total clean coal product by 1.98 percentage points and a favorable economic result.
