    利用粉煤灰治理矸石山自燃技术研究与应用

    Study and application of the technology for the control of spontaneous combustion of refuse heap using flyash

    • 摘要: 为了解决矸石山自燃的问题,选用碱性粉煤灰作为主要注浆原料配置浆液对矸石山进行注浆灭火,根据矸石山勘察钻孔划分火区范围,确定注浆孔的布置方案。经过现场测温勘察,注浆后注浆钻孔内温度均下降至80 ℃,矸石山表面植被生长状态良好。该项目的实施实现了以废治废的治理效果,具有良好的环境效益和经济效益。

       

      Abstract: Grouting method is used to control spontaneous combustion of refuse heap using basic flyash as main grouting material. The drilling pattern is determined according to the extent of the fire area specified by boreholes. Field observation shows that after grouting the temperature in grouting holes drops down to 80 ℃ and the vegetation grows well on refuse heap. Application of the fire control technology makes it possible to control the fire hazard caused by waste material by making full use of waste flyash, and bring about favorable environmental and economic benefits.
