    滨湖选煤厂煤泥废弃化工艺改造

    Coal washing process renovated at Binhu Coal Preparation Plant for disposal of coal slime as waste material

    • 摘要: 为实现滨湖选煤厂煤泥废弃化的目标,对煤泥分级设备的入料与产品进行了定量分析,结果显示,导致煤泥灰分偏低、发热量偏高的主要原因是精煤泥分级旋流器、高频筛以及中矸煤泥分级旋流器分级效率低,错配严重。通过对高频筛改造和改变中煤磁选机尾矿的处理流程,该厂煤泥的灰分达到75%以上,可以达到废弃的标准,同时提高了综合精煤产率,增加选煤厂的综合效益,促进煤炭资源的综合利用。

       

      Abstract: In order to reach the goal of realizing disposal of coal slime as rejected material, a quantitative analysis is made of the coal slime cyclone classifier′s feed and products. Result of analysis shows that the low ash and high calorific value of the coal slime are chiefly attributable to the low efficiencies and high rates of misplaced materials of the cyclone classifier, high-frequency screen, and the cyclone classifier for treating tailings of middlings magnetic separator. After the renovation of the high-frequency screen and the change of the flowsheet of the process for treating the tailings of middlings magnetic separator, the ash of coal slime is seen to go up to over 75%, well up to the standard of being discarded as reject, and the renovation work has led to increase of total yield of clean coal, improvement of composite economic performance of the plant and promotion of comprehensive utilization of coal resources.
