    纳林河二号选煤厂工艺设计特点分析

    Analysis of the characteristics of the design of coal washing processes at Nalinhe Coal Preparation Pants

    • 摘要: 针对纳林河二号选煤厂的煤质特征、产品结构和用途,结合目标用户要求,制定了合理的选煤工艺,并对设备选型、工艺布置、设计特点等进行了介绍。生产实践表明:该选煤厂选煤工艺可靠,设备选型先进,工艺布置灵活,取得了良好运行效果,块煤系统吨原煤介耗稳定在0.6 kg,末煤系统吨原煤介耗稳定在1.05 kg左右,产品煤硫分降低到了1.5%以下,矸石灰分在75%以上,各项指标均满足设计要求。该厂可对鄂尔多斯周边动力煤选煤厂工艺设计及实践提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Rational coal washing processes are designed for the Nalinhe No. 2 Coal Preparation Plant according to the raw coal property, product structure and use, and the requirements of targeted users. An introduction is made to the equipment selected for use, arrangement of processes as well as the design features. Practice shows that the plant can work smoothly thanks to its use of reliable and flexibly arranged washing processes and advanced equipment. The medium consumption for washing coarse coal is controlled at 0.6 kg/t while that for small coal is 1.05 kg/t. The sulfur content of clean coal is reduced to below 1.5% and the ash of refuse goes over 75%, all well meeting the design requirements. The design practice may serve as a reference for the adjacent power coal washing plants in design of washing processes.
