    智能粗煤泥分选机在鲍店选煤厂的应用

    Application of the intelligent coarse slime separator at Baodian Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 智能粗煤泥分选机(TCS)是新型干扰床分选机,是一种在传统干扰床分选机(TBS)基础上增加了新型尾矿排料装置以实现连续排料,并设置智能干扰器强化颗粒干扰沉降,减少粒级错配,提高了分选精度。针对叠层高频振动细筛对粗煤泥回收效果差的问题,鲍店选煤厂在对比分析多种粗煤泥分选设备性能的基础上,最终采用智能粗煤泥分选机对粗煤泥回收系统进行了改造,并通过单因素试验确定了智能粗煤泥分选机的最佳分选条件:顶水量为98 m3/h,干扰器频率为16 Hz,分选密度为1.165 g/cm3。在最佳分选条件下,TCS处理灰分为19.98%的入料,能得到产率为35.43%、灰分为9.39%的粗精煤泥,可直接掺配入重介精煤。

       

      Abstract: The intelligent coarse slime separator (TCS) is a kind of new-type teetered-bed separator (TBS). The TCS developed on the basis of the traditional TBS with the addition of a novel tailings discharge mechanism and a smart hinderance mechanism to strengthen hindered settling of particles for reducing misplacement of particle sizes and obtaining a higher separation accuracy. In view of the fact that the stacked high-frequency vibrating fine screen works with a low efficiency in recovery of coarse slime at Baodian Plant, work is made on technical transformation of the existing coarse slime recovery system with the use of the TCS based on the result of comparative analysis of the performances of different kinds of coarse slime separation equipment. The optimum working conditions of the TCS are determined through single-factor test: volume of upward current—98 m3/h; frequency of hindrance mechanism—16 Hz; and separating density—1.165 g/cm3. The use of the separator to treat a slime feed with an ash of 19.98% under the optimum conditions can produce a clean product with a yield of 35.43% and an ash of 9.39% which can be directly blended with the clean product of heavy medium separations system.
