    亭南选煤厂煤泥截粗回收工艺优化研究

    Optimization of the coarser slime particles trapping and recovery process of Tingnan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对水介旋流器存在底流夹细、溢流跑粗的问题,亭南选煤厂基于水介旋流器底流和溢流粒度分布特点,在对水介旋流器和弧形筛工作原理分析的基础上,通过改变设备工况条件,挖掘设备潜能,发挥设备各自优势,优化煤泥截粗工艺,最终实现了有效回收煤泥的目的。结果表明:将弧形筛与水介旋流器的优化组合用于煤泥截粗,彻底解决了底流夹细和溢流跑粗的问题,达到降低煤泥产量的目标。

       

      Abstract: The hydrocyclone currently used by the plant is working with the trouble of having finer slime particles in its underflow and coarser particles in its overflow. To address this issue, the characteristic size distribution of both overflow and underflow of the cyclone, and the working principle of the cyclone and sieve bend are analyzed. Based on the result of analysis, and through changing the working conditions, tapping the potentials and bringing into full play the respective superiorities of equipment, the coarser slime particles control process is optimized. With the use of the optimized process, the coal slime can be effectively recovered. Practice shows the combined use of hydrocyclone and sieve bend under optimized working conditions can lead to effective trapping of coarser slime particles, elimination of presence of finer size in underflow and coarser size in overflow, and reduction of output of coal slime.
