    An analysis of the factors influencing the working performance of heavy medium cyclone

    • 摘要: 为了使重介质旋流器在实际生产过程中取得更好的应用效果,基于重介质旋流器分选原理,对影响其分选效果的因素进行了分析。通过重点分析加重质粒度、悬浮液煤泥含量、入料压力、液固比、溢流管管口直径及插入深度、底流口直径对分选效果的影响,得出了选煤厂实际生产过程中各影响因素对分选效果的影响规律,并给出了各参数的选取参考。

       

      Abstract: For improving working efficiency of heavy medium cyclone in field operation, following an introduction of the working principle of the cyclone, an analysis is made of the factors influencing its working performance, with the focus on such factors as size of medium solids, content of fine slime in medium suspension, feed pressure, liquid-solids ratio, vortex finder orifice diameter and finder insertion depth, and diameter of underflow orifice. The laws governing the effect on coal separation efficiency exerted by each factor is brought to light. For facilitating the selection of each parameter, a reference is provided.
