    有压给料三产品重介质旋流器的结构优化研究与实践

    Study and practice of structural optimization of the pressure-fed 3-product heavy medium cyclone

    • 摘要: 针对有压给料三产品重介质旋流器精煤灰分易波动、中煤带煤损失高等问题,结合现场生产数据,分析了其存在的不足。通过对有压给料三产品重介质旋流器的结构形式及出入料结构进行优化,并对溢流管尺寸、二段锥角等结构参数进行了系统性的优化匹配。生产实践表明,优化后的有压给料三产品重介质旋流器分选精度得到大幅度提高,可实现重介生产的高效运行。

       

      Abstract: The ash of clean coal product of pressure-fed 3-product H. M. cyclone is liable to fluctuate and there is high loss of clean coal in middlings. An analysis is made of the insufficiencies of the cyclone based on the data actually obtained it its field application. Practice shows that through optimization of the structure of the cyclone and its inlet and outlet as well as the structural parameters of the vortex finder and the apex angle of the 2ad-stage, the cyclone can operate with a higher efficiency and noticeably improved separation accuracy.
