    宁东矿区选煤厂降低介耗的分析与对策

    Analysis of the causes leading to the high consumption of medium at Ningdong Mine Coal Preparation Plant and countermeasures

    • 摘要: 为了降低宁东矿区选煤厂的介质消耗,采用技术抽查和统计分析的方法,对介耗偏高的原因进行了分析。结果表明:磁选机入料浓度高且磁性物含量高,磁选机负荷过大,是造成磁选机尾矿跑介的直接原因;选前脱泥环节不是磁选机入料浓度高的直接原因;固定筛及脱介筛合格介质段脱介性能不达标,磁性物大量进入稀介质中,从而造成磁选机工况差是导致各厂介耗偏高的根本原因。通过强化悬浮液在固定筛和脱介筛上的脱介效果,设置脱介筛下导流翻板,应用带分流功能的磁选机入料集料箱,使矿区选煤厂平均介耗降低0.19 kg/t,效果明显。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the medium consumption of each coal preparation plant in Ningdong Mining Area, an analysis is made of the causes leading to the high consumption of medium using technical random inspection and statistical analysis methods. Result of analysis shows that the direct cause is the loss of medium which is carried away by tailings of magnetic separator due to high concentration and high content of nonmagnetics of feed, and overloading of the magnetic separator; the preliminary desliming process is not the direct cause leading to the high concentration of the separator′s feed; and the basic reason is that the magnetic separator works with a poor performance due to the facts that the qualified medium sections of both fixed screen and medium draining screen are all low in operating efficiency. Through improvement of the medium draining effects on both screens, fitting an innovative diversion turnover plate under the medium draining screen, renovation of the magnetic separator′s feed collecting box with flow splitting functions and taking in particular effective measures to realize thorough draining of qualified medium from screen, a tangible result has been obtained with the medium consumption at each plant in the mining area being reduced by 0.19 kg/t.
