    色连一号煤矿末原煤风选设备工艺性能分析

    Analysis of the operating performance of the small raw coal pneumatic cleaning equipment applied at Selian No.1 Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决末煤水洗导致的煤泥水处理困难,末煤综合发热量降低等问题,色连一号煤矿选煤厂采用风力干选设备——FX型干选机,新增干选车间分选25~0 mm粒级末煤,并对干选机工艺性能进行了评定,结果表明:FX型干选机的矸石带煤率为4.87%,排矸率为82%,热量效率为90%,精煤含矸率为9.98%。生产实践表明,引入干选系统后,色连一号煤矿原煤入选率达到100%。

       

      Abstract: Wet cleaning of small coal can lead to difficulty in treatment of coal slime water and low composite calorific value of clean coal. To tackle this problem, a dry cleaning workshop is added at the plant for treating the 25~0 mm small coal with dry cleaning process. Assessment of the operating performance of the process indicates that the percentage of coal brought into refuse is 4.87% with a refuse removal rate of 82%, a heat efficiency of 90%, and the proportion of refuse getting into coal product is rated at 9.98%. Result of field application shows that after introduction of the dry cleaning system, 100 percent of the raw coal produced by Selian No.1 Mine can get treated by Selilan Plant.
