    黄白茨矿选煤厂粗煤泥降灰及精煤产品脱水实践

    Practice of renovation of the coarse slime ash reduction and clean dewatering processes at Huangbaici Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决粗精煤泥灰分高和精煤产品水分高的问题,黄白茨矿选煤厂对设备性能和工艺环节进行了分析,从提高分级和脱泥效果,优化精煤脱水工艺和加压过滤机工况,加强管理三个方面提出了解决方案。方案实施后,分级效果明显改善,煤泥产率大幅下降,产品水分达到了生产要求,解决了粗煤泥灰分高和精煤产品水分高的问题,达到了提质增效的目的。

       

      Abstract: The problem facing Huangbaici Plant is that the cleaned coarse slime product is high in ash and the clean coal product is high in moisture. To tackle this problem, a renovation scheme is worked out based on analysis of the performance of the equipment and the coal cleaning processes applied. The renovation scheme covers three aspects: improvement of efficiencies of sizing and desliming processes, optimization of clean coal dewatering process and improvement of working conditions of pressure filter system. Through the renovation work, there have been seen a noticeable improvement of efficiency of the sizing process and drastic drop of yield of coal slime, and the moisture of clean product is up to the requirement, making it possible to overcome the problem of producing high-ash coarse slime and high-moisture clean coal product, and achieve the goal of improving coal cleaning efficiency and upgrading of coal products.
