    Development and application of the heavy medium separated clean coal ash control system at Panji Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决重介密度控制系统存在的无法实时控制灰分、调节滞后、受人为因素影响大的问题,淮河能源控股集团潘集选煤厂与设备厂家合作,基于可燃物质与成灰矿物之间平均原子序数差异的特性研制了新型测灰仪,以满足炼焦精煤的测量需求;并基于模糊控制理论开发重介灰分控制系统,采用双闭环控制,实现了根据设定灰分与实测灰分的偏差对设定密度进行实时修正,并通过重介密度控制系统对密度进行调整,最终实现了对重介精煤灰分的实时控制。生产实践表明:该系统投入使用后,实现了重介系统灰分的实时控制,减少了人工干预,稳定了产品质量,提高了精煤产率,使生产自动化水平得到提高。

       

      Abstract: The existing heavy medium density control system of Panji Plant suffers the drawbacks of being unable to make real-time ash control, and make timely adjustment of separating density, and it is liable to be affected by artificial factors. To tackle these problems and to cater to the need of bringing the ash of clean coking coal under control, a novel ash monitor is developed in collaboration with an equipment manufacturer according to the characteristics of materials as combustible matter and ash differ in mean atomic number. A heavy-medium separated clean coal ash control system is likewise developed based on fuzzy control theory. It is a double closed-loop control system which can make real-time control of clean coal ash through making real-time correction of the set value with the actually measured data, and making corresponding adjustment of the density with the medium density control system. Practice shows that application of the system makes it possible to realize real-time control of ash of clean coal product of heavy medium separation system, reduce artificial intervention, maintain consistency of product quality increase clean coal yield and enhance automation level.
