    Study and practice of construction of intelligent coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 结合选煤厂建设的实践经验,提出了建设智能化选煤厂的思路与架构,对完善基础、互联互通、标准数据、统一平台、智能控制、智能决策六个方面进行了阐述,并介绍了选煤厂智能密度控制、定制化智能配煤、智能空压机、汽车无人化装车、网管式停送电管理、智能机器人应用以及智能巡检维护方面的具体实践及实施效果,可为后期智能化选煤厂建设提供有益参考。

       

      Abstract: The thought on the construction of intelligent coal preparation plant and the framework of such a plant are proposed according to the practical experience gained in building coal preparation plants. Following an elaboration on the six aspects involving improvement of foundation, interconnection, standard data unified platform, intelligent control and intelligent decision-making, an introduction is made to the specific engineering practice in realization of intelligent density control, customized intelligent coal blending, intelligent air compressor unmanned truck loading, network-based power outage management, application of intelligent robot and intelligent patrol inspection and maintenance as well as the practical effects obtained in these respects in field application. The result of study made may provide a valuable reference for the development of intelligent coal preparation plant in the future.
