    基于物联网的选煤厂生产与设备远程监测系统

    The IoT-based coal preparation plant operation and equipment remote monitoring system

    • 摘要: 为实现选煤厂生产运行与设备管理之间的功能互联、信息共享,唐山矿选煤厂采用物联网技术进行远程监测,从OPC数据采集、设备管理及监控、生产可视化、移动化管理四个方面对系统的功能和实现方法进行了研究,开发了一套选煤厂生产与设备物联信息管理系统软件和移动App软件,实现了选煤厂生产工艺的远程监测、设备运行及故障管理、生产数据(如灰分、油耗、洗选产品等)管理等功能,同时通过移动终端可随时随地查询生产过程中关键参数(液位、浓度、灰分等)、设备状态(启停、故障等)信息,实现了对生产过程的移动化、可视化管理。生产实践表明,该系统全面提升了选煤厂的信息化、智能化水平,提高了生产调度协作效率,降低了设备故障率和生产维护成本,显著提高了选煤厂的运行效率。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize interconnection of functions and information sharing between coal preparation plant operation and equipment management, the IoT-based remote monitoring technology is applied by the Tangshan Mine Coal Preparation Plant. The study of the functions of the system and the realization methods is made with the focus on four aspects-OPC data collection, equipment management and monitoring and control, visualization of operation state of equipment, and mobile management. Based on results of study, a set of IoT-based coal preparation plant operation and equipment information management system software and mobile App software are developed, making it possible to realize remote monitoring of coal washing processes. The system can also perform multiple management functions including, among others, equipment operation and fault management, and production data management (e. g. ash, oil consumption, quality of flotation product, etc.). Moreover, the key parameters like liquid level, concentration, ash, etc. in coal cleaning process and the information on equipment separation state (start/stop, fault, etc.) can be readily reviewed via mobile terminals, thus allowing the plant operation to be put under mobile and visualized management. Field application of the system shows that the use of the system can lead to overall enhancement of the informationization and intelligentization level of coal preparation plant, improvement of operation dispatching and coordination efficiency, reduction of failure rate and maintenance cost of equipment, and significant improvement of operating efficiency of coal preparation plant.
