    邢台矿选煤厂浮选机结构优化研究与实践

    Study and practice of structural optimization of flotation machine

    • 摘要: 为提高浮选机的浮选效率,在实验室小浮选机结构优化的基础上,邢台矿选煤厂对在用浮选机结构进行了优化,通过在浮选机叶轮上部加装合适的稳流装置,提高浮选机叶轮搅拌速度,在稳定浮选机矿浆流体形态的同时,增强了矿化效果,提高了浮选效率。生产实践表明:在浮选精煤灰分保持不变的情况下,浮选尾矿灰分提高了5.48个百分点,浮选精煤产率提高了6.08个百分点,年经济效益增加1 073.83万元,经济效果显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of the flotation machine currently used, its structure is optimized based on the optimized structure of the laboratory-scale flotation cell. On the impeller a flow stabilizing mechanism is fitted for increasing agitation speed and improvement of mineralization effect while stabilizing the flow regime of pulp, so as to improve flotation performance. Practice shows that while ensuring the ash of flotation concentrate remains unchanged, the optimization work has led to a rise of flotation tailings by 5.48 percentage points, an increase of yield of concentrate by 6.08 percentage points and a gain of annual economic revenue of 10.738 3 million yuan, yielding a favorable economic result for the plant.
