    临涣选煤厂浮选效果评价与尾煤再选潜势分析

    Evaluation of the performance of the flotation system currently applied at Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant and analysis of the potential for recleaning of tailings

    • 摘要: 针对浮选精煤产率和浮选尾煤灰分低的问题,临涣选煤厂以浮选工艺系统为研究对象,在对现有系统的浮选效果进行评价的基础上,对浮选尾煤再选潜势进行了系统分析。结果表明:浮选数量效率为84.15%,尾煤具有一定的再选潜势;与浮选尾煤直接再选相比,磨矿后再选是尾煤再选的最佳工艺,且最佳磨矿时间为3 min,当精煤灰分为11.50%左右时,可以获得36.15%的最佳精煤产率。

       

      Abstract: Low yield of concentrate and low ash of tailings are the problems encountered in the operation of the flotation system currently applied by Linhuan Plant. To address the issue, following an evaluation of the performance of the existing flotation process, an analysis is made of the potential for recleaning of the flotation tailings. Result of analysis shows that the process can work with an organic efficiency of 84.15%, indicating that there exists certain potential for recleaning of tailings; compared with direct recleaning process, the process of reflotation of ground tailings can yield a far better result; and a concentrate yield as high as 36.15% can be obtained at an optimum grinding time of 3 min and a concentrate ash of around 11.50%.
